Hi all i m currently working on a water injection package for offshore oil gas production facility. Demineralized water is injected into the combustion chamber to regulate the flame temperature. The system comprises of sea water sw lift pumps and sw treatment filtration deaeration. The injection quantity can be varied depending on load engine speed and temperature which helps to keep water consumption to a minimum.

The control box that i use is from snow performance. The result of the injection is not quick it needs time. The pump supplies water to the injectors at a pressure of approximately 10 bar.
