Follow these steps to find out if a running appliance is causing your well pump to run constantly.
Water tank pump keeps running.
When this happens there are typically two common causes.
The most common cause is a hole in the drop pipe down the well.
A pump can be primed via its priming plug using either water stored in the pressure tank or by making use of long hose and a neighboring water supply.

You need to replace the water lines.
If the water lines have cracks they are depressurizing the water pump causing it to run.
If the pump continues to run the problem is not likely to be a running fixture or pipe leak downstream in the building from this point.
If you allow a dry pump to continue running it will soon lead to overheating and other serious forms of damage.
If the water pump is still running check all water lines.
Find the temperature pressure relief valve at the top of the hot water heater near the water outlet joint.
Turn off the main water supply to your home.
If your pump stops running after you shut off the main water supply then it could mean one of your plumbing fixtures is demanding too much water.
Turn off the main water supply to the building typically found at the water pressure tank.
